We currently operate seven contract teams each consisting of a lead project manager (single point of contact), co-ordinating our contract surveyors and complete with admin support. This team interfaces directly with both our sales / customer support and operational and production teams.
Our Contract Managers are experienced in various market sectors, and teams are usually tailored to suit individual client requirements.
