As well as installing and maintaining the Active Signs IT infrastructure, the IT department is also primarily responsible for the design and maintaining of our bespoke management database systems, from initiation at the enquiry stage through to completion sign off. We are also able to offer client specific databases tailored to suit individual programme requirement.
These may be accessed via the Internet utilising a secured encrypted login name and password. These would usually include information in relation to surveys, schematic drawings, site meetings, programme dates and management, town and country planning, specialist installation requirements, plus sign off completion photo images.
