This department is primarily responsible for co-ordination of projects and scheduling of factory resources liaising directly with out Project Management Teams.
Also to liaise with client / contractor in relation to installation with co-ordination of specialist access equipment, plus submission of method statements and health and safety policies.
Our installations supervisors regularly site audit our engineers to ensure conformity with both client and general health and safety regulation
